To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Berlin, we are currently looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Claims Management for our Claims Management Service department.


Your responsibilities:


  • In this important role, you will lead your own team both professionally and disciplinarily, making a significant contribution to the development and implementation of our strategic goals
  • With passion, you will accompany and coordinate projects in the field of digital claims solutions, in order to offer our clients innovative and efficient solutions
  • You will also use your skills to support our specialists, particularly in the area of property insurance
  • Your experience will also be utilized in creating accurate claims evaluations. You will also actively communicate with insurers, clients, and international partners to strengthen our partnerships and explore new business opportunities.

Our requirements:


  • Your qualifications are impressive you have completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or in real estate management (m/f/d) or have a completed (specialized) university degree
  • You have good industry knowledge
