We are currently seeking full-time (part-time also possible) telephone customer service representatives (m/f/d) for an inbound project with a well-known energy provider for our partner based in Leipzig, with immediate availability.

Your responsibilities:

- telephone and written customer service (no sales)
- handling complaints and managing disruptions for an energy provider
- entering customer data into computer systems
- administrative tasks


Your qualifications:

- experience in customer service is desirable (but not required)
- good verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in using computers
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- able to work independently
- knowledge of English is desirable
