We are looking for a self-motivated, meticulous person with strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking capabilities to join our product management team and pursue innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions and business value to our customers.
As a member of the product development division, you will gather and analyze information to define product specifications, communicate product strategy and functionality, review documentation and collateral, and ensure successful product releases through collaboration with development engineers and quality assurance teams.
Work is multifaceted and sophisticated necessitating independent judgement, creative thinking, and an intuition for designing intuitive and powerful user experiences.
As a product manager for Oracle Learning, you will work with customers and our leadership team to define and develop product features and capabilities for the varying needs of our customers across the learning management space, as well as learning experience platform space in order to help our customers deliver and manage training within their enterprises whether it be for compliance, professional, or personal development purposes.
Create user stories and detailed product requirement document that clearly articulate the desired product functionality and behaviorCollaborate with development team members to deliver great features
Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and other Oracle HCM applications
6+ years of product management experience in the learning management and learning experience domains
Comfortable working across time zones with team members and customers in other parts of the world
Familiarity with agile processes and Jira is a plus
BA Business Administrator or BS Computer Science would be ideal
