Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to join our team.
The campaign director will be responsible for managing a local face-to-face fundraising project on behalf of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts.
This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, team-building, and staff management skills.Responsibilities:
- Train and manage a team of fundraisers_
- Provide initial and ongoing training for fundraisers
- Conduct staff evaluations
- Identify, train, and promote leaders
- Proactively communicate policies, decisions, expectations, and standards to staff
- Maintain a positive, professional, inclusive working environment for all staff
- Motivate fundraisers via campaign and project updates
- Recruit a team of fundraisers_
- Conduct fundraiser interviews, make hiring decisions and offers
- Court new hires and assist them through the onboarding process
- Manage daytoday operations_
- Develop daily and weekly plans to meet office performance goals
- Create and communicate schedules for team leaders and fundraisers
- Track and report office performance metrics
- Track and monitor project expenses
- Administer staff benefits
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials and equipment
Skills:
- Ability to lead and manage a team of staff
- Driven, goaloriented, and resilient
- Strategic planning abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and carry out basic admin duties
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fundraising and campaign experience
Pay:
$67, $77,000.00 per year
