What Business Development Managers are all about:
As a Business Development manager, you will focus on building new customer relationships through networking and thoughtful prospecting, as well as fostering current business relationships.
Our Business Development Managers are a big part of RESCON's success, future growth and reputation for giving back what disaster took.
A Day in the Life:
- Creating new client relationships across our major market segments through "inperson" sales.
- Driving new revenue opportunities to RESCON through thoughtful territory management.
- Focusing on obtaining "Big Meetings" with prospects and clients in our target business categories.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Working with Operations personnel to resolve customer service issues in a timely fashion.
- Attending conferences, sporting events, trade shows, and other events to continually network and develop prospects and build relationships.
- Markets a variety of technical training programs offered by the Company to customer groups including, but not limited to, OSHA, lead renovation, water mitigation, fire/soot cleanup, and more.
What you will bring to the team:
You will bring superior networking skills and a demonstrated ability to get to the key decision makers in an organization and schedule "big" meetings.
