    Reports to: Property Manager

    About the Job:

    We are looking for candidates who are maintenance pros. You will be responsible for maintaining our community

    • Maintain the community grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations
    • Perform general maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping as needed
    • Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management
    • Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping as requested by management
    • Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks, and common areas including painting and power washing
    • Collect trash and yard waste
    • Work on special projects as requested

    Job Requirements:

    • A sense of energy and personal responsibility
    • Able to work outdoors throughout the year
    • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility
    • At least 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience across the trades required
    • Proficient with various hand tools and basic equipment
    • Highschool graduate or GED required
    • Must be within commuting distance to the facility

    Compensation:

    Hourly Pay Rate Range | $12 - $14 | Commensurate with Experience
