    Description

    Position: Concessions Bartender

    Company: MGM Park

    The Concessions Bartender role at MGM Park involves serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional and friendly manner. The ideal candidate for this position should be adaptable, friendly, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Job Details

    • Hourly wage: $11.00 plus tips
    • For PT roles: Benefits include 401(k) plan and matching

    About the Venue

    MGM Park hosts the Biloxi Shuckers, a Minor League Team affiliated with the Milwaukee Brewers. As the exclusive food and beverage provider for the park, we are dedicated to upholding high standards of quality and service.

    Responsibilities

    • Follow all procedures for serving alcoholic beverages
    • Maintain excellent standards of guest service and interaction with colleagues
    • Adhere to bar pre-shift notes and menus
    • Check IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
    • Handle cash transactions accurately
    • Maintain a clean and organized work station

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6 months bartending experience
    • Proficient in cash handling
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
