    As a Client Services Retail Coordinator , your day will be filled with opportunities to assist with the daily management of assigned portfolios including, but not limited to, all new and outstanding relationships that include loans originated from the Retail Banking department. Serve as primary contact for existing clients. Loan documentation and related experience is important. There are many exciting opportunities to grow professionally within our company. Many of our employees started their careers at Stock Yards Bank as Client Services Coordinators continued to future success.

    **Responsibilities**

    Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and servicing of loans which includes ordering any supporting documentation from outside service providers.

    Complete loan applications in lending software and assist in preparation of approval document.

    Close loans as needed

    Ensure all documents are accurate and ready for closing and comply with bank policy requirements

    Ensure loans are funded according to documentation within the loan package

    Work with retail lenders on any and all banking needs, request or issues

    Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, either verbally or in writing

    Review all exception reports by notifying clients, vendors or lenders of needed documentation

    Knowledge of the banks loan policy and departmental procedures

    Assist in organizing departmental events

    Other duties as assigned

    **Job Requirements**

    The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

    College Degree preferred

    Minimum of 1 year recent experience in related field or professional work experience in financial services industry

    Communicate effectively through writing and speaking as appropriate for the needs of the audience

    Capability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and employees

    Demonstrates active listening skills

    Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and generate positive client relationships

    Efficiently manage time

    Proficient to include Word, Excel and Outlook

    Professional appearance and demeanor
