The Private Health Insurance (PKV) is an essential part of the German healthcare system with over 35 million full and supplementary insured individuals. The Association of Private Health Insurance (PKV) is one of the leading associations of the German economy and represents the interests of private health insurance and its member companies. With our competent and dedicated employees, we are well prepared for the challenges of the future. We are continuing to grow and are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) 1st & 2nd Level Support to join our team in Richmond Dale, full-time (38h/week) starting as soon as possible.

Our IT department has been in an agile transition for 2 years and serves as an internal service provider for the PKV Association and its four subsidiary companies in Richmond Dale. The IT support team assists over employees in both internal and external roles with all IT-related questions - always providing personal support via phone, ticket, or email.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Installation and configuration of clients, including common user software
  • Independent handling of inquiries and resolution of issues using standard approaches
  • Qualified acceptance and documentation of all customer requests in our ticket system
  • Printer support and administration
  • Ongoing ticket monitoring to ensure agreed service levels (SLAs)
