Our outpatient clinic is seeking a Women's Health PT Director to join our team Rehab Specialists Inc welcomes you for an opportunity to gain experience and lead in a dynamic and supportive environment.
We have 4 clinics located in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Encino, and Marina Del Rey and are hiring for all locations.
We specialize in a variety of areas, including orthopedic, chronic pain, breast cancer, lymphedema, pelvic health, and aquatic therapy.
The role of a Women's Health Physical Therapy Director involves overseeing and managing the Women's Health Physical Therapy department within Rehab Specialists.
This position requires a combination of clinical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and address the unique needs of patients.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Have specialized training and expertise in Women's Health Physical Therapy.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exhibit strong organizational and administrative skills to manage departmental operations and initiatives.
