Job Description Summary:

As A Senior Lead Leader, you will drive the strategy for Lean and business critical projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and is a recognized expert in a specialized field.

You will focus on creating, supporting, and assisting the improvement efforts tied to the company's most critical business processes for Global Services through analyzing processes, diagnosing operational challenges, and implementing process changes, we will drive continuous improvement and breakthrough performance ultimately shaping company culture and brand.


The goal is to positively impact results and culture by establishing standards, institutionalizing daily management processes, and adopting consistent problem-solving methods.

You will build action plan to identify opportunities and implement tools and processes which will ultimately define the lean culture and activities.

This will require significant change management to effectively embed throughout the growing organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide overall Lean leadership and simplification to key areas of supply chain and Global Services.
  • Responsible for partnering with function leaders to define the key value streams that will have the greatest impact on the business and the customer.
  • Implement the Business System including daily management metrics, review and problemsolving cadence and agenda, process to address KPI and lean tools.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and reduce cycletime on specific and across the value stream processes.
  • Communicate progress, status and issues to the business leaders.
  • Seek, share and institutionalize best practices.
  • Committed to peer leadership and partnership.
  • Capture the essence of the lean culture.

Qualifications:


  • BS or BA Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years in a Field Services roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years mastering a variety Lean and Growthrelated tools such as: Strategy Deployment, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Standard Work, and VSM/Process Mapping.

Desired Characteristics:


  • Master's Degree.
  • Demonstrate experience accurately assessing key business metrics and situations from a general manager's perspective.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent time and project management skills.


  • Demonstrate Technical Expertise

  • Possess the technical skills necessary to be credible; must have significant practitioner experience in Growth & Lean tools and processes.
  • Demonstrate experience bringing order and structure to function and organization quickly.
  • Demonstrated successful leadership and proficiency in building and implementing lean business system/practices for global manufacturing organization (in a variety of situations).
  • Strategic mindset with handson approach.
  • Strong commercial focus on customer and end user experience.
