Job Summary

The Automotive Service Advisor position at Ourisman Kia of Bethesda is a full-time customer service role focused on providing the highest level of customer service to repair customers.

This individual contributor position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by recommending quality automotive services and effectively communicating with customers.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, base plus commission position. Ourisman Kia of Bethesda offers competitive wages and benefit packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage.


Responsibilities:

• Follow established processes for scheduling and managing automotive repair services.
• Develop trust relationships with customers in order to understand their expectations and recommend solutions to meet their automotive needs.
• Provide feedback on service repair jobs to customers, as needed.
• Responsible for successful completion of administrative paperwork and data entry duties.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Good working knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as, but not limited to repair orders, service invoices, diagrams, etc.
• Good problemsolving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to use basic computer systems, such as Microsoft Office suite.
