Maryland Overpak is an export packaging company. We package machinery to withstand international shipping. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative specializing in quoting jobs.After fully understanding the operation of the business, duties will shift to providing pricing for the various services we provide.

- Strong phone contact skills and active listening
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
