Overview:

We are seeking an organized, energetic, customer-oriented individual to join our Viper Volleyball team as a Front Desk Agent.

You will be our first point of contact for players and families entering the gym, so your role is crucial to maintaining our culture.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome players in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Work collaboratively with other front desk staff, coaches and administrative staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of excel
• Enjoys working with kids
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Viper Volleyball is a family-owned youth volleyball club.
