- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Participating in and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of your shift
- Attending to resident requests and needs in a dignified manner
- Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for residents
- Assisting residents in getting ready for various activities both inside and outside the center
- Performing necessary nursing care procedures for residents
- Ensuring residents have a clean, comfy, and safe environment while meeting their needs
- Addressing residents' food service requirements promptly and compassionately
- Adhering to established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures
- Participating in training, educational sessions, and orientation programs to improve care quality
- Completing other assigned or requested tasks

Burlington Healthcare Center is seeking caring and empathetic individuals who are eager to kickstart their career as State Tested Nursing Assistants.
Whether you've completed STNA classes or are just getting started, we have a spot for you.
We will provide the necessary training for you to become a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). Upon successful completion of the course, you will be hired as a full-time NA.
