Job Title:
Production Tech - Sort, Assembly, Polish, Finish

Production Operator:

Are you a trustworthy, enthusiastic worker who takes pride in your work? Production Operators are presently needed for our Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania business.

In addition to operating manufacturing equipment to fulfill quality and output targets, the Operator will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, environmental, health, and safety.

(Pay rate) - $20.63/hour

Essential Duties:
- complies with all safety regulations

Uses one or more pieces of equipment safely and effectively to maintain pace while producing highquality goods.
Adhere to guidelines
Conduct quality assurance tests and visually verify the product for flaws.
Finishes the necessary documentation
These will be night shift positions.
More work will be needed.
Additional Tasks as Needed for the Basic Qualifications
Workers need to have the legal right to work in the US.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or a GED from an accredited institution
Aluminum product knowledge and/or experience with door and storefront fabrication
Selfmotivated, focused on detail, people and service oriented, and possess good communication skills.
Experience with machine based equipment, saws, punch press and/or milling machines.
Ability to utilize hand and power tools; ability to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions, and decimals.
Experience using a computer for data entry
Willing to work overtime General Rules
Plant Property:
We are tobacco Free
No aluminum cans or glass bottles are permitted on the property
No weapons are permitted on the property

Speed Limit: 15 Mph

All other PPE is provided.

From $20.63 per hour
