Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls from individuals struggling with debts and financial hardships:
Explaining the benefits of debt resolution and how it can help clients regain control of their finances:
Building rapport and trust with potential clients through effective communication and active listening:
Conducting thorough financial assessments to understand client's debt situations and develop personalized

solutions:
Guiding clients through the debt resolution process and providing ongoing support and assistance:
Meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.


Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills:

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities:

Average or better typing and computer skills:
Empathy and the ability to understand client's financial challenges:
Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection:

Self-motivated and target driven mindset:

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills:
Basic knowledge of financial concepts and debt regulations:
