We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

$50,000 yearly


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure customer account information is uptodate
  • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
  • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
  • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
  • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Previous work in a customerfacing position
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
