Accounts Payable Administrator


Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator who will be responsible for processing and maintaining accounts payable invoices, process subcontract requests and change orders.


_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Process invoices
  • Code invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Ability to process and followup on rush items
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Answer phones
  • Break reception desk as needed
  • Pantry restock and clean

_Requirements:
_


  • 24 years' experience in an office environment performing similar responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Eye for detail and accuracy is imperative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills as follows: Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), 10key skills and typing a minimum of 40 wpm
