Accounts Payable Administrator

Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator who will be responsible for processing and maintaining accounts payable invoices, process subcontract requests and change orders.

_ Responsibilities:
_

Process invoices
Code invoices
Reconcile vendor statements
Ability to process and followup on rush items
Special projects as assigned
Answer phones
Break reception desk as needed
Pantry restock and clean

_Requirements:
_

24 years' experience in an office environment performing similar responsibilities
Strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize work assignments
Eye for detail and accuracy is imperative
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer skills as follows: Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), 10key skills and typing a minimum of 40 wpm
