Job Functions

  • Updating curriculum, creating seasonal looks, and staying updated on looks/trends with ESA makeup.
  • Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development, inspiring professionalism and a strong work ethic in the service industry.
  • Prepare students for state license exams and placement. (2days)
  • Implement company systems and standards.
  • Develop and facilitate training to team members, students, and alumni on makeup trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Photoshoots responsible for makeup, leading a team
Job Skills, Education, and Experience

  • State of Wisconsin Esthiology or Cosmetology license.
  • Experience as a practicing professional and proficiency in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lashes, etc.
  • Teaching, training, or leadership experience.
  • Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries.
  • Passionate about makeup, inspiring, and knowledgeable about airbrush makeup.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
