ROLE OVERVIEW
The BD Urology and Critical Care (UCC) division is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead one of the high-growth New Product Development (NPD) programs in the UCC R&D group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
The Senior Project Manager is principally responsible for:
Leading development & execution of NPD programs and/or projects, through all the phases & stage gates for successful commercialization of Class 1, 2 & 3 medical devices.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BS Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences or equivalent. MBA preferred.
Seasoned professional with 6-8 years proven project management experience in medical device industry
Demonstrated success as a program/project manager, leading NPD projects, and launching Medical Device Capital Equipment products.
Experience leading software & hardware development efforts
Proven track record to lead projects involving resources in multiple locations
Extensive knowledge of FDA and ISO medical device development regulations
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Project Management software
Innovative, Self-motivated and Results driven
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication, including reports and business correspondence
Ability to travel up to 25%
