  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensuring optimal supply for projects and after-sales with goods and services in close collaboration with procurement.
  • The role is part of all relevant project teams and the aftersales business.
  • Responsible for order processing, project support, and demand planning for all relevant projects and customer needs.
  • Responsible for monitoring material deliveries in projects.
  • Interface between project team, procurement, suppliers, and customer logistics.
  • Processing of BOM according to BT process in collaboration with the project management team.
  • Control of project BOM/TACs for project cost savings and overruns.
  • Review of technical specifications to expedite procurement orders and transmit to procurement and suppliers.
  • Control of demand request/preliminary purchase order according to current inventory.
  • Monitoring of projectrelated material stock levels in the BT warehouse, including bookings of receipts, shipments, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
  • Invoice approval (quantity, prices not matching purchase order).
