BUSINESS GROUP: DH
REPORT TO: Shift Supervisor
LOCATION: US TX Robstown
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform functions to service products for job/tool assignments as per NOV Service Quality Team procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to all HSEQ requirements.
- Complete relevant company web-based training on time without deviation from Service Quality procedure.
- Fulfill supervisor's demands regarding machine production.
- Participate in product-specific training for gaining future technical skills.
- Ensure efficient and safe equipment operation for required duties.
- Interact with personnel in different departments.
- Contribute to action plans for new projects defined by supervisor.
- Maintain work environment according to supervisor's guidelines.
- Attend formal training, per product line, for relevant tool training courses at a NOV facility.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant demonstrated experience for servicing tools.
- Requirements met for Service Tech I.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-2 years in related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Product line knowledge beyond normal work environment.
- Specific technical competencies defined by assessment.
