    Job Summary:

    • Respond to customer requests for service calls and provide on-site technical support.
    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with pumps, seals, valves, and other industrial equipment.
    • Oversee the entire repair process, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly.
    • Ensure successful equipment installation and commission on schedule.
    • Monitor equipment performance and conduct preventative maintenance.
    • Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams like repair centers, customer service, and sales engineering.
    • Maintain accurate and organized service records.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, and seals.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents like blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to travel extensively and work overtime as needed.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong commitment to safety, ethics, and quality.
    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working around large equipment in various weather conditions.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Professional certifications in a relevant field.
    • Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • High school diploma or GED with some relevant experience (0-2 years).
