The Maintenance Supervisor role is responsible for optimizing expenses and technician productivity by implementing best practices in planning and scheduling to ensure safe and reliable plant operations. Working closely with maintenance technicians, the Supervisor coordinates repairs for critical production equipment such as forklifts, dollies, tuggers, racks, and other mobile equipment within the factory. They are also responsible for managing and organizing the maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Associate Manager and Maintenance Planner and is primarily responsible for reviewing notifications, creating maintenance orders, and planning labor and materials for repairs to be carried out by technicians on the shop floor or in the workshop. Other duties may include scheduling, material requisition, maintenance order management, and maintaining the Flux Database. This role requires a working knowledge of Flux (Tesla software) and a functional understanding of maintenance skills, tools, and equipment in their area of responsibility.
