Introduction:

To expand our project team for properties of our client, one of the largest hospitals in the region, we are looking for you at SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as

Tasks:

  • Ensuring the smooth condition of technical systems in the properties
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, testing and repairs of building and electronic systems, including troubleshooting
  • Independent resolution of malfunctions and optimization of operations in the properties
  • Proactive repairs and maintenance according to current regulations
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices

Your profile:

  • Technical education in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electrician or energy systems electronics technician, specializing in industrial engineering, energy and building technology, automation and system technology, or electrical installer
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated team player with a strong sense of reliability
  • Ideally with initial work experience, but also open to entry-level candidates
  • Service-oriented attitude, responsible and independent work style
  • German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
