Description
Responsibilities:
Implement creative and effective recruiting methods and strategies for various roles across client organizations.
Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications.
Utilize effective applicant screening methods and tools.
Conduct phone and/or in person interviews and select qualified, mission aligned applicants.
Work with hiring managers to develop an understanding of all open roles and responsibilities within client organizations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
Conduct background screening and reference checks as required.
Complete electronic onboarding process for all newly hired employees.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or higher) preferred
Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred
General Human Resources knowledge with Recruitment specialization
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service mentality with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
