Sundance HR Specialist:
Personnel Controller (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Collaboration in strategic personnel work
Participation in the development of internal and external reporting
Involvement in the creation of financial plans, monthly statements, and forecasts
Support in budget negotiations
Participation in the annual financial statements
Handling of questions from auditors
Preparation of evaluations, statistics, reports, etc. in personnel controlling
Monitoring of data quality
Your Profile
Ideally completed degree in business administration or economics with a focus on controlling and/or personnel

Alternatively:
Comparable qualification and relevant professional experience
Several years of experience in hospital personnel controlling or similar areas desirable
Analytical and independent way of working
Strong numerical understanding and understanding of complex relationships and processes
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP HCM
