Gupta Media is looking for a Copywriter who is a natural storyteller and a conceptual ace with a knack for words and ideas.

You're an experienced creative who is strategic, grounded, driven, and eager to mentor and collaborate with others on our talented creative team.


At Gupta Media, you will solve problems for a wide range of clients, working in a variety of mediums on a variety of platforms.

You'll handle social media campaigns, video, websites, digital ads and more. If you can convey a big idea in a clear, compelling way, we want to hear from you.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is driven to help us build something big. It's a really exciting time to join the creative team at Gupta.


About the Agency:


Gupta Media was founded 20 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our client's business.

Our early work was focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events (Boston Calling, among others) and recorded music (Sony Music, Universal Music & Disney are all clients).

We have dramatically grown our work with big brands (Amazon, Fender) and sports brands (LA Galaxy, Washington Commanders).

We have a global client base with a growing local roster across B2B and B2C brands across campaign, content and branding assignments.


What you'll do:

  • Team up with ACDs to support campaigns concepts and write copy with a strong strategic creative sensibility across all mediums, such as OOH, digital, video, social and more;
  • Work closely with all internal teams to ensure that the creative needs of your clients and audiences are met, onbrand, on time and within budget;
  • Present and sell your work to senior creatives, internal teams, and clients;
  • Take ownership of your work, managing up, down and across;
  • Contribute to and participate in new business pitches;
  • Find creative opportunities where possible, even if they haven't been assigned.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of agency and/or inhouse creative experience
  • An understanding of the realities of budgets and timelines
  • Exceptional writing and conceptual skills across a range of brands
  • Experience coming up with strong creative across all platforms
  • Industry awarded work a plus, but not required
  • You are prolific and never stop at your first idea—and never stop learning
