Your central role

Process control and optimization of telephony and document control

Responsibility for telephony and document control in the claims area
Forecast and coordination of personnel deployment planning
Ensuring telephone availability and service levels in document processing
Even utilization of locations and business units
Monitoring and optimization of processes
Conception and coordination of measures to cope with natural disasters
Initiation and management of (partial) projects for continuous optimization of telephony and document control in claims-composite
