    You Will

    Build Product for our B2B and B2C Offerings
    You will grow and retain exceptional talent.
    You will provide technical leadership to the Engineering team.
    You will solve complex Engineering problems for scale, agility and speed.
    You will build exceptional features that thrill the customer.
    Become an expert on our technology stack and make sure we approach solutions in the right way.
    Balance researching new technologies with a practical approach to work towards the research efforts.
    Lead other engineers by example and through technical leadership.

    Roll up your sleeves and write code when necessary – we prefer you are still able to write code and want to do development.

    Work with different teams to improve existing and develop new functionality, pipelines, and workflow.
    Be passionate about the customer experience.

    Required Skills And Qualifications

    10+ Years of Engineering Experience
    Advanced skills in developing high performing software.
    Deep Expertise in enterprise relational databases – MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres etc
    Experience in integration with SAP, Salesforce or other CRM/ERP systems
    Proficient in SQL and be able to tune queries for performance.
    Experience in any one or more of – Java, Python, Ruby, or other modern language
    More than enough Unix to be able to develop and deploy.
    BS in Computer Science or related degree
    Up to 25% travel
