As a team lead / representative, you will work in the IT project business and take on the professional and disciplinary leadership for employees in the "Cloud Components" department.

You provide comprehensive advice to our customers and ensure the seamless and secure selection, integration, and migration of cloud components, as well as developing tailored supporting services.

You are responsible for the direction, development, and utilization of your department and represent it to customers, conferences, and presentations.

You successfully combine the company's economic interests with the skills, interests, and career paths of your employees.

In your leadership role, you promote and support the methodological, professional, and personal development of your employees, provide guidance, and encourage them to work independently.

You also work on strategic topics and actively shape the IT excellence service portfolio. Additionally, you have the opportunity to contribute to internal projects.
