Job Summary


This position is responsible for collaborating with different business teams to provide action-based reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that meets team's needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deploys, supports, and maintains all dashboards, reports and other tools presented to various teams throughout the organization
  • Assists in the processing of claims into our database
  • Provides adhoc reports for various teams
  • Provides monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to our clinical and business partners
  • Manages and prioritizes requests from other teams within the organization
  • Disseminates information regarding recurring reports
  • Validates/tests all reports to ensure the information is consistent with defined needs
  • Analyzes aggregated healthcare data
  • All other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No supervisory responsibilities.
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare industry
  • 2 years of experience with Medicare claims

Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft SQL
  • Tableau experience preferred
  • Experience in working within a projectdriven atmosphere
  • High organizational/documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to thrive in a small company environment.
  • Experience working with a Population Health Platform preferred
Physical Requirements

This position works under usual office conditions.

The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time.

Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
