- Work across the domains and assist with workforce planning, hiring facilitation and approvals.
- Assist with execution, follow up, and coordination of materials for all operating cadences including staff meetings, All-Hands meetings, Engineering health reviews, program, and strategy reviews.
- Drive special projects on an as-needed basis across a matrixed organization.
- Help with business frameworks, tools, and processes
- Assist with managing budgets
- Help to coordinate team engagement opportunities
- Be the first line of support for questions regarding budget policies, expense policies, hiring requests/follow-ups, purchasing and SOW reviews, contractor extensions and hiresserving as a jack of all trades who can take the burden off teammates.
- 3-7 Years of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to organize and coordinate in complex situations
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams at the same time

The individual in this role will collaborate with the Business Operations lead/Chief of Staff for the Identity, Foundational Commons (FC) and Customer Service (CS) domains (~1,000 FTEs), to sustain high-functioning, healthy technology organizations.
