As the Marketing Intelligence Manager, you'll apply analytic rigor to transform data into analyses and insights to improve decision making for assigned categories at Ferrero. Working closely with internal & external partners, the Marketing Intelligence Manager is responsible for ensuring information & key insights are well-socialized and integrated into planning and decision-making.

This position is hybrid and located in Parsippany, NJ. This role reports into the Business Intelligence Director.

Main Responsibilities:

Category overviews/Situation Assessment
Innovation tracking
Quad-week sales performance reporting
Performance root cause analysis
Seasonal deep dives
Advanced Consumer Panel Analytics - Penetration deep dives, Cohort analysis
Media & Trade Optimization (Marketing Mix)

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of work experience
Experience at Nielsen or IRI with manufacturing experience a plus
Advanced knowledge of IRI/Nielsen systems/tools
Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand business strategies, tactics & implement measurable research plans
Strong presentation story telling skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships in a matrix environment
