$ $30.00 per hourCambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Maintenance Technician to become a part of the organization. SummaryUnder the supervision and at the direction of the Property Manager, perform repairs and preventative maintenance to maintain the condition and appearance of the propertyDuties Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnoversPerform timely and professional responses to ongoing maintenance requests within the 24-hour response guidelinesParticipation in after-hours on-call service on a rotating basisInterior and exterior common area upkeep including litter patrol of parking lots, trash enclosures and laundry rooms, community center and carports, and pressure washing of buildings and interior walkwaysActive participation in company-sponsored training seminars Other duties are assigned as required and necessaryQualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
