We are looking for reinforcement as of the earliest possible date and you as a dedicated
Educational Institution Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (40 hours/week), limited to 24 months as a maternity and parental leave replacement.
Your main tasks:
- You will take over the management of the educational institutions in Karlsruhe and Pforzheim and will be responsible for all economic, personnel and administrative tasks, taking into account legal requirements and company goals.
- You will represent the educational institutions internally and externally, maintaining contacts with clients and cooperation partners and expanding this network.
- Strategic and conceptual development of the educational portfolio is also part of your area of responsibility.
Your qualifications:
- You have a degree in social pedagogy, business administration or educational science or a comparable degree and can demonstrate relevant professional experience in the education sector, including business knowhow, and have already gained experience in this position.
- You have management experience and uptodate knowledge of the regional training and labor market and are ideally well connected.
- You also have experience in designing and implementing vocational training and qualification programs.
- You are proficient in using digital tools and media.
