Job Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Required:_
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail, high level of professionalism and organization required
- Preferred:_
- Public health research experience
- Experience with recruitment of hardtoreach populations and experience conducting inperson interview
- Experience and familiarity with grant funding and IRB procedures necessary, knowledge of issues related to treatment evaluation.
- Experience with supervision of diverse professional staff required, including staff development and motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Effective at communicating with audiences whose statistical and technical backgrounds vary widely
- Efficient time management skills
- Knowledge of research study design, recruitment issues, and retention
- Experience with team leadership and collaboration
- Flexible schedule prepared to work nights and weekends, as needed
- Possess a willingness and ability to support and promote a diverse and inclusive campus community
This is a fixed term position with a current end date of 7/1/2025 which may be extended based upon available funding.
This is a hybrid eligible position.
