Requires a master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field from an accredited institution
State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist is mandatory
Proficiency in psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations
Strong grasp of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues impacting students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred experience working in a school setting
Commitment to cultural competence and equitable service provision to a diverse population Job Requirements Must hold a Master's in School Psychology
Mandatory School Psychologist Licensure in STATE
Successful completion of drug and background checks
MUST BE BILINGUAL
MUST HAVE PPS Interview Process Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
Subsequent 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district
Typically, an offer is provided within 24 hours of the virtual interview As a ProCare employee, you will receive weekly payments through direct deposit, and your hourly rate will be determined by your experience and education.
