Your Job Purpose:

As a Facilities Engineer working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the semiconductor sector. This position is located at an advanced manufacturing semiconductor wafer fabrication facility in Ocotillo, Arizona.

This position focuses on ensuring the integrity and reliability of electrical systems through expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

The role demands a hands-on approach to uphold specifications and compliance with all relevant codes, facilitating smooth and efficient system operations.


Your Job Description:


  • Collaborate with facilities/operations teams to offer technical support for electrical systems within the operational and maintenance phases.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting in accordance with Master Specifications, Standard Installation Details (SID), and state and local electrical codes.
  • Act as a key liaison with System Owners/Engineers and Technicians on operational issues affecting system quality and performance.
  • Identify and assist in resolving electricalrelated construction and maintenance issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections and complete equipment signoff processes, ensuring all systems meet rigorous standards.
  • Engage in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and carry out audits for SIPP (Site Installation Preparation Procedure) and Pre-Task Plans, verifying compliance with client stringent requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate with client system owners, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance actions are properly executed.
  • Address technical queries and respond to electrical systems maintenance and operations queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Respond to calendar request for equipment energizations.

Job Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably within industrial or semiconductor manufacturing settings.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant electrical codes and NFPA 70 E guidelines
  • Strong practical skills in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Ability to work effectively with system owners, engineers, technicians, and trades people.
  • Competence in conducting inspections, equipment signoffs, and adherence to operational protocols.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities, with a keen focus on enhancing system reliability and performance.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple teams and managing technical queries.
  • Journeyman license a plus
