Job Overview:

Our team is looking for an attorney with at least 2 years of relevant experience in estate planning, trust administration, conservatorship, and probate matters.

This is an in-person position based out of our Riverside office. This position involves frequent client contact and court appearances.

The ideal attorney for this position will have:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Estate planning experience (Special Needs Planning is a plus).
Probate and conservatorship experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with other staff.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with WealthCounsel drafting software is a plus.

Snapshot of Attorney Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a variety of case types.
Provide initial consultations to prospective clients.
Provide instructions and review work drafted by paralegals.
Prepare financial accountings for court supervised matters.
Attend court hearings.
Advise clients and draft appropriate estate planning documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and HIPAA documents.
Advise clients on various tax matters related to estate planning.

Pay:
$90, $110,000.00 per year
