As an integral part of our nursing leadership, you'll collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure an exceptional standard of care for our residents.

Responsibilities & Duties:

As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Nursing Department and maintaining the highest standards of care


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the DON and ADON to evaluate and direct the daily functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide guidance to nursing staff, ensuring they follow their job descriptions and deliver exceptional care.
  • Facility Surveys: Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies as requested by the DON and ADON.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department to ensure adherence to acceptable nursing standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We're looking for passionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:

  • Valid RN License: You must hold a valid RN license in the State of New York.
  • Experience in Long-

Term Care:
A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience preferred.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate proven leadership and management skills to inspire and lead the nursing team effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and patient care.
