Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Clinical Program Leader (CPL) - Retinal health.

This role offers the unique opportunity to lead and oversee clinical programs, with the goal of accelerating development and obtaining regulatory approvals for new medicines.


As a Senior CPL, you will have the chance to mentor and supervise other CPLs, and potentially take on the role of an Evidence Lead in the Asset Teams.

This position is crucial to our mission of achieving Medicine Excellence goals and integrating the deliverables of all medical functions.

Tasks & responsibilities:


  • Lead the clinical development strategy for designated programs, aligning with the broader Integrated Asset Evidence Strategy and the Targeted Product Profile (TPP). Consult with your supervisor (TL/aHOM/HOM) and drive the development and execution of this strategy.
