Description

• Business analyst for internal software needs including:
• Collaborating with business and development individuals and teams
• Translate business needs to development team
• Prioritize and manage product backlog
• Participate in agile activities including sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives
• Work with development team to ensure quality and adherence to acceptance criteria
• Develop and facilitate alternative workflow solutions
• Management of third party accounts, including:
• POC with our account reps
• Account renewals
• Price negotiations
• Application evaluations in conjunction operators
• Develop and document trainings for multiple webbased products both internal and third party
• Other technological projects assigned by management

• Ambitions to succeed in a fastpaced team environment
• Degree in business, information technology or related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written/verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with C# WPF technology
• Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite is a plus, but not expected
