Starting Wage:
$18.00-$20.00/hr

Location(s): Redgranite, Wi

Hours:
Hours will depend on caregiver availability

Additional hours will depend on caregiver availability and needs in the area.

Job Duties:

As a Respite Worker you will provide children with quality care in the absence of their parent(s)/guardian(s).
Actively engage with clients on goals and development and assist with daily living skills and behavioral interventions as needed.
Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games.
Read to children, and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs.
Observe and monitor children's play activities.
Care for children's basic needs, such as bathing and feeding.
Assist in preparing food and feeding.
Client diagnoses may include but are not limited to autism, speech or developmental delays, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability.

Requirements:

Experience providing caregiving services
Excel at engaging children of all abilities in activity and play while incorporating developmentally appropriate goals.

Must pass background check:

Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must possess a reliable vehicle with insurance
Must be compassionate
Must be reliable & show up on time
