The Catholic parish of Holy Edith Stein is the sponsor of 7 childcare facilities in Marl.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible inclusion specialist (m/f/d) for the St. Heinrich childcare facility in Marl, starting immediately until with a workload of 19 hours per week or starting with a workload of 28 hours per week.

The St. Heinrich childcare facility provides care and support for 50 children. It is an important place of life and community for the parish.

Your responsibilities:

  • Caring for children in accordance with current pedagogical and inclusive principles
  • Working with parents
  • Participation in the implementation of the concept, quality assurance, and mission statement
  • Interdisciplinary and cross-group collaboration

We expect:

  • A completed education with state recognition as an educator, special education teacher, or equivalent
  • Identification with the tasks, goals, and values of the Catholic institution
  • Willingness to identify with our pedagogical concept and implement it in daily work
  • Enjoyment of working with children and parents
  • Enjoyment of teamwork
