YOUR TRAINING ELEMENTS

Your kitchen is never cold. You love to wield the cooking spoon yourself. This does not mean reheating frozen pizzas, but preparing true delicacies. If you also have the right recipe for every stressful situation and you enjoy making your guests happy, then you are in the right place. In addition, you will learn everything you need to know in a modern gastronomy: from ordering ingredients, controlling and storing goods to personnel planning.   • Preparation of cold and hot dishes (from regional and international cuisine) at different kitchen stations
  • Learning process flows at different kitchen stations
  • Introduction to a professional approach to guests
  • Creating and developing menus, buffets or catering
  • Proper shopping, checking and storing of food
  • Learning the proper use of kitchen knives and machines
  • Getting to know and adhering to hygiene regulations and our hygiene standards
  • Getting to know and adhering to occupational safety and environmental protection
