About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the processing of biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Help with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file maintenance, and HRIS system updates.
• Engage in special projects and initiatives that contribute to the goals of the HR department.

Qualifications:

• A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
• No previous HR experience required; training will be provided. For higher pay range, must be fluent in Spanish and have prior experience in HR and Payroll/Accounting exp.
