About All Pro Striping:
We are a rapidly growing construction company specializing in pavement marking and striping throughout Southern Maine. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, excellent customer service, and creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
About the Role:
As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our company.

Finance: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.

Human Resources: Oversee human resource functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and onboarding new hires.

Administrative Support: Answer company phones, manage scheduling of new business, coordinate meetings and travel, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Technology: Proficient in using various office software and technologies, HR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with all colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems independently while
ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.

Teamwork: Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude, contributing
to a productive and enjoyable work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with human resource functions, including payroll and benefits
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in various office software and technologies.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Additional Information:
- This position is initially fully remote, but the office manager will be expected to meet inperson at our shop in Southern Maine, on occasion.
- We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
