- Provide HVAC services for residential and some light commercial service and change outs
- On-call rotation once every 5 weeks- calls are for emergencies only
- Fill in with change outs as business needs require
- Work mostly on furnaces and AC units and occasionally on boilers and mini-splits and some light commercial RTU's
- 10+ years of related residential HVAC experience
- Customer service skills for interacting with customers
- On call $100.00 per diem whether you take a call or not. Paid double time for any calls from the time you leave your house until you return home. Clients are aware of charges which keeps calls off hour calls to a minimum.

What's the role?
The HVAC Technician will install, maintain and repair heating/cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning air quality equipment and performing maintenance procedures as well as providing emergency repairs when necessary. HVAC Technician responsibilities include talking with customers about their HVAC needs, performing maintenance and installations as needed and prioritizing calls based on business goals. Specifically for this role you will:
